Legend of Zod have secured the signing of Hong Kong prodigy chinggg following his departure from Red Horse this season after their lower bracket loss against Hypergamous Foids.
He will be on the reserve roster, to be called up if qwert or Dorothy are unavailable.
The young star now gets a chance to reunite with several familiar faces from his past stints in VCC APAC.
chinggg previously played under the Boys Under Medan (BUM) banner in APAC Season 9 alongside qwert, kyo, and 7kay. Now, a year and a half later, the core reunites once again under the Legend of Zod banner.
chinggg arrives with an impressive 1.12 Rating, 272 ACS, 1.11 K/D and 74.1% KAST across 21 maps and 11 agents, showcasing his ability to bring serious firepower and versatility to the lineup.
After a perfect group stage, Legend of Zod were knocked down to the lower bracket by Group A's #2 seed !sens in an 0-2 loss, but recovered quickly after eliminating play-in team Family Business in a convincing 2-0 fashion. They will face Hypergamous Foids next match week, game schedule TBA.
